Uganda Outreach

The Porter Brothers partnered with Pastor Joshua Kuteesa and Bishop Grivas Musis of Prayer Palace Christian Center on Genesis' 1st International Missions Trip in Kampala, Uganda. Through this partnership, the Genesis Church was able to serve both the physical and spiritual needs of the people living in the District of Mukono (outskirts of Kampala) through daily clinics and nightly crusades. Over 600 persons were treated during the clinics. For many of them it was the first time they were seen by a doctor or treated medically. Powerful miracles of healing also occurred during the crusade with hundreds accepting Christ as Lord and Savior.

The trip ended with the establishment of a new church in the District of Mukono - Genesis/Prayer Palace Christian Center of Mukono, where Joshua Kuteesa serves as Senior Pastor. Special thanks to partners, friends, and family of the Genesis Church of Sacramento CA in making this possible.
