LANDLORD TENANT RESOURCES
“The City of Sacramento recently launched free COVID-related landlord and tenant mediation services available for both commercial and residential tenants. This free service aims to help Sacramentans avoid evictions and loss of local businesses by establishing mutually agreed upon repayment plans and overall improved communication.”
Below are some resources for the new tenant & landlord mediation services being administered by the Sacramento Mediation Center and attached are flyers in English & Spanish.

Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency, in partnership with the City and the County of Sacramento, is offering emergency rental assistance for residents who have experienced a loss or reduction in wages due to COVID-19.
Applications for the new Sacramento Emergency Rental Assistance (SERA) program will be accepted online beginning Friday, October 9 through Thursday, October 22, 2020.
